I was looking at some cards I got on my birthday in January and I chuckled at some of the sentiments.
My brother Wayne sent a card that was very nice and had a moving verse:
"Having you as my brother means
I have someone to count on,
someone to laugh with and
someone to share wonderful memories.
May every moment of this special day
remind you of how much you're loved
by me throughout the year."
Ah...sweet...
By contrast, his daughter Kina sent a card with a mule on the front. The mule is saying, "My back hurts, my knees hurt and my butt hurts..."
Open the card and it says, "Getting older can be such a pain in the ass..."
Don't you just love my family?
