Sad,Sad,Sad...

I normally try to end the week on a happy note, but then I read this in the paper:
Dateline-Reno, Nevada:
Two men who admitted they were drunk when thy shot five wild horses on federal land have been sentenced to six months in prison each.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert McQuaid said Wednesday that the men need time alone to think about their senseless killing of the mustangs last November.
Their attorneys argued for probation. They said the act was senseless, calling it "bone-headed, drunken behavior," but argued that it lacked criminal intent.

Well I say. "Bull!"...they killed five living creatures, they deserve to be punished...
'Nuff said.
