I was trying to text someone the other day and guess what?...my phone died.
What?...I couldn't believe it.
The phone was only 8 months old.
So after I called the customer service (no help), and visited the Sprint store (no help),,,it was finally decided that I needed to pay $35.00 and get a new phone, which I have to go back to the Sprint store to pick yp tomorrow.
What?
I tell you what...after 11 years of tolerating this chicken outfit, I am about ready to move on...
Can anybody tell me where to get a better phone service?
