I was reading the "Business" section of the newspaper the other day (That's right...I am well-rounded) and I saw an article about a local co. National Tobacco fighting a Washington D.C. ban on cigar papers.
It seems that lawmakers say that they are "concerned
that teens were using the cigar wrappers as a way to smoke large marijuana cigarettes, called blunts."
I am not making this up. I am quoting word for word.
Well it is not only teens who are indulging in blunts, many adults are too and I'll tell you why...
The economy, the jobs situation, wars...it's enougn to make anyone want to roll a blunt.
