Well after three years of futility, The University Of Louisville was invited to participate in a post season bowl!
Congratulations, Coach Charlie Strong.
The Cards will play December 21 in the Beef O'Brady Bowl in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida.
They will play an old nemesis...Southern Mississippi of C-USA.
No onwe expected the Cards to do any better than 3-9 or 4-8 and before the season began a bowl wasn't even mentioned, but with hard work and the magnificent play of running back Bilaf Powell, the boys "Stood Strong", went 6-6 and succeeded.
A sign of great things to come. Again, congratulations.
