I saw this item in the paper last week...it broke my heart...
Somerset, KY: Authorities say a man tortured and killed a puppy in front of several children.
Sheriff Todd Wood said more than one child watched as the puppy's tail was cut off and it was squeezed and slammed onto concrete steps at a house.
The owner of the dog said the 6- month -old Jack Russell terrier was sick and he didn't have money to take it to a vet.
The owner was put in jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
What is really creepy about this story is the name of the owner...
