Saying Goodbye To A House...

Ok, so there's this house in the country.
I have a part ownership in it and it has served me well over the years.
I used to play in the yard when I was 6 years old. I burned my hand on the old coal stove when I was 7, and I sit in the living room and played with my cousins when I was 8.
...Right after we buried my mother in the family cemetery up the road...
Last night I signed paperwork turning over ownership.
After 46 years of my life, that lovely house is not owned by my family anymore.
It was not being used as much, my aunts and uncles (the other owners) are getting older .One uncle is in a nursing home and one has passed...
It was time for a change.
The new owners, I heard , wants to tear it down and build a brand spanking new place...That's their choice, I guess.
It is never easy losing something special to you, is it?
