Cindy and I were going through some of her old records, reminencing...
( Actually we were going checking them looking for a hidden treasure. You wouldn't BELIEVE how our minds work...)
It is amazing how some of those titles brought back such a flood of memories. I didn't realize we had certain kinds of music in common.
Sure we like hop-hop and dance tunes, but we also share a favorite classic.
"Brandy", by The Looking Glass. It's her all-time favorite. Go figure...
She also had old 45s of Prince, Kool and the Gang, Ready for the World, The Whispers, and Barkays, to name a few.
She even remembered that she had a "record player" to play them on...right next to the bed...
What a woman!
We love our classic music , but if we can sell them for some legitimate bucks on ebay...it's on!
By the way, check out 'The Tax Doctor 1960" on ebay...we have Herve Leger!!!
